There has been an influx of women wearing wingtips in Hollywood lately! After I wrote the post about Diane Kruger’s brown and white wingtips, I’ve been seeing this vintage shoe style almost everywhere.

Here’s a little collage of some of the celebrities seen recently in wingtips in which I’ve also still included Diane Kruger simply because I love her style:

So the women who have been wooed over by wingtips include Peaches Geldof who wore hers at the 2010 Coachella Music Festival, Nicky Hilton who used hers for a shopping trip at Fred Segal, Mischa Barton who was comfy in hers while getting gas, and of course, Diane Kruger who looked lovely and dapper in hers while meeting up with some friends.

Mischa Barton in Vintage Men’s Brogues

A lot can be said about Mischa Barton’s quirky fashion sense, but I believe that she’s one celebrity that really actually shops at vintage stores. Fashion-centric blogs, fashion websites and even celebrity outfit spotters have a hard time identifying the clothes that Mischa has on, especially the ones she wears during her down time when she’s not under the direction of a Hollywood stylist.

Here is one of those outfits, consisting of a yet unidentified yellow polka dot blouse, old Levi’s jeans and on-trend men’s brogues. Mischa Barton was wearing this when paparazzi spotted her filling up her car at a gas station in West Hollywood on June 16:

I wonder where Mischa gets most of her clothes? Her shoes most especially:

I like how Mischa’s brogues are very masculine looking as opposed to the trendy, flat and slim brogues that are marketed towards women now. Also, I’m not sure if the discoloration on the toe caps is part of the design or is due to wear and tear, but I think they give the shoe more personality and more style than if they were left un-discolored.
